The San Francisco Turkish Festival returns for its second year, transforming Embarcadero Plaza into a vibrant celebration of Turkish culture and heritage. This two-day event will bring together the community with live performances, traditional cuisine, cultural exhibitions, and local vendors.
The stage program will feature the Turkish Choir, Turkish singers, Sufi dervish whirling, and belly dancing, offering a rich variety of music and dance performances throughout the festival.
Visitors will have the chance to enjoy traditional Turkish dishes prepared by local restaurants. Favorites such as döner, baklava, pastries, and other authentic specialties will be available for purchase.
In addition to food and entertainment, the festival will highlight cultural exhibitions and a marketplace where attendees can explore and purchase handmade products. These displays will showcase the depth of Turkish heritage through crafts, art, and items brought from Türkiye as well as from local artisans.
The San Francisco Turkish Festival is free and open to the public. While there is no admission fee, food and drinks will be available for purchase.
