Namıg Shahpalangov, President of the American – Turkic Republics Business Alliance (ATBA), held a strategic meeting with Sayit Yusuf, Deputy Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TÜRKSOY), to further strengthen cultural cooperation across the Turkic world.
The meeting focused on enhancing cultural diplomacy and reinforcing shared heritage among Turkic Republics. Both sides emphasized the critical importance of preserving common historical, linguistic, and cultural values as a foundation for deeper regional unity and long-term collaboration.
During the discussions, opportunities were explored for joint cultural initiatives, including cross-border cultural events, artistic collaborations, academic exchanges, and heritage preservation programs. These initiatives aim to strengthen cultural connectivity and increase awareness of Turkic identity on an international scale.
Special attention was given to the role of cultural cooperation in building stronger relations between younger generations across Turkic nations, ensuring that shared traditions and values are carried forward into the future.
Through this engagement, ATBA continues to broaden its scope beyond economic cooperation, actively contributing to cultural diplomacy and fostering closer ties among Turkic Republics.
